What is MMPGA?

MMPGA is a dedicated group of Myanmar physicians with international experiences in various medical specialties.

Who founded the group?

It was founded by a group of Myanmar physicians from the United States of America as a Limited Partnership Business entity, registered in Tampa, Florida. But it accepts members from all over the world.

What is the goal of the group?

The goal is to develop a thriving private health care system that can deliver quality medical care to the people of Myanmar.

How is it going to be done?

By partnering with already established local business groups who have same business vision.

Who can join MMPGA?

Actively practicing physicians in any discipline of Medicine.

How many types of membership?

There are TWO types of membership.
-Associate membership
-Full membership.

What is the difference between Associate member and Full member?

Associate MMPGA Member
– For those who desire to help people in Myanmar, MMPGA will help make arrangements for individual Myanmar physician to perform charity work in medical facilities in Yangon and other major cities e.g. Mandalay, Mague etc. and the charity is done as MMPGA activities.
– there is no fees for Associate Membership.
– Associate members shall not have voting privilege in MMPGA.
– Associate members shall not participate in investment opportunities MMPGA engages.
– Associate member can choose to become a full member.
Full MMPGA Member
– For those who are interested in charity work in Myanmar and investment opportunities that MMPGA plans to engage.
– Full member shall invest in MMPGA business venues. Price and amount of shares are to be determined depending on the particular business venture MMPGA enters.
– Full membership fee is $200 (one time fee). It is non-refundable.
